The BT30 Series CNC Profile Machining Center is a CNC processing equipment specially designed for long profiles. Equipped with a BT30 spindle, it focuses on precision machining of light metal and non-metallic profiles.
This machine is suitable for processing light steel, aluminum frames, copper frames and non-metallic frames. It is widely used for drilling and milling of aluminum profile frames and special-shaped workpieces in electronics, electrical appliances, customized home furnishing and other industries. Multiple X-axis travel options are available: 2500/4500/6500 mm, while Y-axis travel is 450 mm and Z-axis travel is 400 mm. It comes with a 16-tool magazine. The spindle delivers a maximum speed of 12000 rpm and power of 7.5 kW. It ensures continuous high-precision machining of long profiles, balancing efficiency and accuracy to meet mass production requirements for profile workpieces.
