BT30 系列型材加工中心是专为长条形型材打造的数控加工设备，采用 BT30 规格主轴，聚焦轻金属与非金属型材的精密加工。该设备适配轻钢、铝边框、铜边框及非金属边框加工，广泛服务于电子电器、定制家居等领域的铝型材边框、异型工件钻铣加工。设备提供 2500/4500/6500mm 多档 X 轴行程可选，Y、Z 轴行程分别为 450mm、400mm；搭载 16 位刀库，主轴最高转速 12000r/min、功率 7.5kW，可保障长型材连续高精度加工，兼顾效率与精度，适配型材工件的批量生产需求。
