This series of machines adopts a chainless bearing rolling chain plate structure, and the grinding head can be raised and lowered. It is a special equipment for bevel and bottom edge grinding of flat glass or lenses. The DB372 has two bottom edge rounding wheels, one for rough grinding of the bottom edge and one for polishing the bottom edge. This series of machines has a wide processing range, capable of grinding glass as small as 25mm x 25mm (1″ x 1″) and with a maximum bevel width of 60mm (2-3″/8″. The control system uses PLC control and can switch between automatic and manual operation. The human-machine interface clearly displays various parameters such as glass thickness, bevel width and angle, remaining glass thickness, and processing speed. Parameter input and modification are intuitive and convenient, with a high degree of automation. The conveyor speed uses frequency conversion regulation, and the main drive motor is also a frequency conversion motor.
