Automatic Pickup After the mold opens, the equipment arm extends into the injection molding machine cavity, clamps the plastic product/material head, and smoothly transports it away from the mold area, eliminating safety accidents such as manual hand injury from mold clamping or burns from high-temperature plastic. Separate Product from Sprue Some models can simultaneously separate the sprue and finished product, directly sorting and unloading the material, eliminating the need for manual trimming of the material head. After picking up the workpiece, the product is placed on the conveyor belt, material box, and fixture station according to the set trajectory, connecting to subsequent processes such as spraying, assembly, and cutting, and integrating with the entire automated production line.
Stable Production Cycle The robotic arm's movement speed and duration are constant, unlike manual operation which can be inconsistent or involve slacking off, allowing the injection molding machine to produce continuously without interruption, thus improving injection molding capacity and product yield.
