Its main equipment includes: slurry pump, slurry pipeline, hot water/slurry heat exchanger, kiln tail heat exchanger, water pump, water circulation system, and automatic electrical control. Hot water and ambient temperature slurry exchange heat through counter-current flow, raising the slurry temperature from 35~45℃ to 65~75℃. Energy savings in the spray tower can reach 8-10%.
