Slurry heating energy-saving system: Its principle is to use the heat from the kiln tail to heat water, then pump the hot water to the slurry heat exchanger in the raw material workshop to raise the slurry temperature before it enters the spray tower for pulverization, achieving energy savings. Its main equipment includes: slurry pump, slurry pipeline, hot water/slurry heat exchanger, kiln tail heat exchanger, water pump, water circulation system, and automatic electrical control. Hot water and ambient temperature slurry exchange heat through counter-current flow, raising the slurry temperature from 35~45℃ to 65~75℃. Energy savings in the spray tower can reach 8-10%.
