通过布料装置，将物料均匀分布在运动的钢带上表面，物料在钢带上形成薄涂层，涂层会受到钢带背面的冷却水均匀冷却，利用钢带自身优良的热传递特性，促使熔融物料冷却成型后变成片状。固化后的薄片被下料刮刀从钢带上刮下，设备尾端破碎机将物料破碎为小片状，经收集后直接进入包装程序
