The automotive rearview mirror production line consists of one DB11 glass straight beveling grinding machine, one PG10 glass straight beveling polishing machine, and one DWL300 online vertical mini cleaning machine. The DB11 and PG10 glass straight beveling grinding and polishing machines utilize a chainless bearing rolling chain structure, ensuring smooth transmission and high motion precision. The control system employs PLC control, allowing for automatic and manual switching. The human-machine interface clearly displays various parameters such as glass thickness, beveling width and angle, remaining glass thickness, and processing speed. Parameter input and modification are intuitive and convenient, resulting in a high degree of automation. The transmission speed is controlled by frequency conversion, and the main drive motor is also a frequency conversion motor. The machine can perform rear panel grinding on-site and is equipped with an automatic rear panel cleaning device. The DWL300 online vertical mini cleaning machine can directly perform online cleaning of the polished glass, saving time and labor and greatly improving work efficiency.
