汽车后视镜生产线是由一台DB11玻璃直线斜边磨边机，一台PG10玻璃直线斜边抛光机及一台DWL300在线立式微型清洗机组成。DB11玻璃直线斜边磨边机及PG10玻璃直线斜边抛光机采用无链条轴承滚动链板结构，传送平稳，运动精度高，控制系统采用PLC控制，可自动、手动转换。人机界面清楚显示玻璃厚度、斜边宽度及角度、剩余玻璃厚度和加工速度等各种参数，参数的输入和修改直观、便捷，自动化程度高。传送速度采用变频调速，主传动电机采用变频电机。能在本机上进行修磨后板，并设有后板自动清洗装置。DWL300在线立式微型清洗机可以直接完成抛光后玻璃的在线清洗，省时省力，极大地提高工作效率。
